Ingredients:

Palak
Ghost
Ginger&garlic paste
Salt to taste
Red Chili powder
Turmeric Powder
Onion (1 small)
Oil

Description:

Put oil in a pan and saute the sliced onion with ginger&garlic paste. After that add mutton pieces followed by little turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder to taste and pressure cook it for three whistles. Remove the lid and add your finely chopped palak and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Your dish is ready to serve. Smile
